WSH Management is proud to offer a variety of housing opportunities. We have both market-rate and affordable housing opportunities such as the following:
To qualify for our 55+ affordable housing rates, one resident living in the apartment must be at least 55 years of age (or better) and all others must be at least 45. Primary residents must meet the income requirements by the county.
WSH Management is proud to offer 62+ affordable housing options! To qualify for this program, all residents that are living in the apartment home must be age 62 (or better) and meet the county's income requirements.
To qualify for one of WSH Management market-rate apartments, one resident that is living in the apartment must be at least 55 years of age (or better) and all others must be at least 45. Our market-rate housing offers floor plan sizes, beds and baths that are comparable to non-age restricted apartment communities within the area at a competitive price.
We are happy to offer affordable housing to our residents! To qualify for multifamily affordable housing options, the entire household that is living in the apartment must meet the income and asset requirements provided by the county.
